Mountain Range Lacrosse Summer Workouts and Combine Training
We believe in building discipline over obedience, standards over rules, and decentralized command!
We hope everyone is safe and well. Please review our tentative summer practice schedule for all incoming freshmen through rising seniors. Please note that with limited information on what social distancing and other state guidelines will be, these workouts are subject to change or cancellation. Summer and offseason practices are all voluntary. Summer lacrosse sessions will be a great way for players to learn skills and systems, meet and build relationships with team members, and get BFST (Bigger, faster, stronger, tougher). Team building will be a major emphasis in everything we do.
Days: Tuesday & Thursday mornings starting June 2nd and going through the start of school in August. We will not practice the week leading up to July 4th, and a few other dates TBD.
