Cross country offers a summer running program starting on June 16th @ 7:45am This is entirely optional, however we find that the athletes that run during the summer season are at a higher fitness level and ready to go Day 1 of our season. Summer running will be Mon-Wednesday from 7:45-9:00. We meet at the track adjacent to Mountain Range HS (off Huron Street).
